Cleaning Team Member

 

Reports To:  Cleaning Team Supervisor

 

Summary of Position(s):

 

Cleaning Team Member personally performs routine cleaning work as assigned.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

1.      Arrives to Job Site each day on time and prepared for assigned work.

2.      Comes to work each day with good hygiene and a good attitude.

3.      Joins Team Members in unloading and setting up equipment.

4.      Is at assigned task position with 15 minutes of clock-in time.

5.      Memorizes Clean Right Company’s basic cleaning procedure within two weeks of hire.

6.      Learns specific techniques of each basic cleaning procedure and works each day to master cleaning techniques and procedure.

7.      Corrects own work when errors are found.

8.      Observes appropriate safe work practices.

9.      Works with Team Members to complete assigned project within allowed time frame with quality and accuracy.

10.  Participates in meetings as required.

11.  Performs related duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

Must possess a valid Washington driver’s license and have a satisfactory driving record.  Must possess and maintain valid auto liability insurance.  Must pass standard background test and drug screening at random.  Must possess sufficient strength and stamina to maneuver equipment.  Must be willing to work weekends, evenings and overtime as necessary.  Must be willing to work all aspects of Clean Right’s services which include, but are not limited to, New Construction Detail Cleaning, Janitorial Services, Maid Services, Move-In Cleans & Move-Out Cleans.  Must be willing to work in Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Coeur D’ Alene and where needed.

 

Compensation: 

Position is Part Time with a ninety (90) day probation period and performance evaluation.  Starting pay at $9 per hour with $1 per hour raise and up to a $200 sign on bonus after completion of ninety (90) day probation period and performance evaluation.
